Notification errors caused by obsolete screen link

Issue

In MYOB Acumatica 2023 R2, the Send Notifications screen (SM205050) was removed and replaced with new functionality. Then, from version MYOB Acumatica 2024 R1, sites that still have Automation Schedules associated with this screen started experiencing errors

“Error: The screen ID SM205050 is not found in the system.” 

 

Workaround

Go to Automation Schedules (SM205020), open the erroring schedule (Process to check which schedule). You will need to enter a temporary screen in the screenID field so that you can then delete the schedule.
