"Partner access is not enabled" message when logging in

Check all changes in a test environment before taking them live. Make sure all related features still work as expected and that your data is unaffected.

If you see the "Partner access is not enabled" message when logging into a client's site, you can get access by asking your client to do the following:

  1. Go to Configuration > User Security > Manage > Partner Support (screen ID: MYSM2010).
  2. Enable the Allow access to MYOB Acumatica setting.
  3. Make sure the Stop Access At date is not earlier than the current date.

After your client has given you access, you can log in to their site using the PartnerSupport user account.
