Partner Support users are unable to set a Default Email Account under My Profile > Email Settings

When attempting to select any email, the system returns the error: "Error: Default Email Account 'xx' cannot be found in the system."

Issue

Partner Support users are unable to set a Default Email Account under My Profile > Email Settings.When attempting to select any email, the system returns the error:"Error: Default Email Account 'xx' cannot be found in the system."

 

Workaround

Remove the partner support licence and assign any other licence and then choose the default email address and save.
