Partner Users unable to manage their external identity in 24.210 release

Following upgrade to 24.210 Partner Users are not visible to any users in the External Identity Management screen (MYSM2065)

Issue

Partner licensed users have been made invisible from the External Identity Management screen to ensure their security. 

However, Partner users also can't see themself in the External Identity Management screen.

 

Workaround

Swap Partner Users to another license briefly, associate identity and then change license back:

  1. Remove the user's partner license.
  2. Add them to a second license type.
  3. Either:
    1. Have them log in and associate their own identity from the External Identity Management screen
    2. Or Send the onboard to 2FA request.
  4. Change them back to Partner license.
