Issue

Payroll payment settings notifications show incorrect "modified by" user, causing confusion

The issue happens when there are more than 1 row in the pay distribution grid and if the cursor is in a different row from the row that was updated before saving

Workaround

Ensure that the cursor or highlight is on the same row as where the changes are before saving
