Payslips become visible in 'Failed' status emails in 'All Emails' screen
If the Payslip email fails to send, it will appear in the All Emails inquiry with full access to all users who can see the Inquiry.

Workaround

As a first priority, we suggest adding password protection to the payslips. This is the preferred option.
Payslip password protection can be set and turned on in the 'Payroll Preferences' screen under the Payslip Settings section. -
Alternatively, there is a customisation available. However this is only a partial solution.
This approach will work for CO409070 screen ONLY. It doesn’t work for all the CO40xxPL screens. The Customisation attached can be used to force CO409070 screen changes. However, this does have a small performance overhead too relative to the number of emails displayed.
