PM307000 Proforma Invoice does not pick up Currency Rate type from a project

Issue 

Proforma Invoice does not pick up Currency Rate type from a project. It is taking from the Currency Rate Type setup in the Customer profile. When invoicing, it takes the project currency but does not that the rate type from the project.  It changes it to the customers rate type.  It thus ignores the option to allow override.
They can manually change it, but if they don’t the invoice goes at the wrong rate.

Strange that it takes the currency but not the rate type.

Workaround

Manually change the rate type in the Pro forma invoices
