Inactive Customers still listed for selection in Purchase Order

Issue

PO301000 Customer is having issues on the purchase order module in Shipping tab, ship to section, when the shipping Destination Type is change to customer, it gives the option to select the customer, even though it is inactive, and it shouldn't allow to add the customer if the status is inactive.
