      Pre-Tax Deduction not calculating on Termination Payment

      When the 'Deduct as Pre-Tax" option is used in the Termination Wizard, the full amount will not be deducted if the total amounts from other pay items (excluding the ETP payments) are not equal or more than the deducting amount
