      Issue

      When a Project is rolled over, and then a Daily Time Card is entered for that project - we cannot release it. An error appears - An error occurred during processing of the field Project value xx PM Error: Given Project/Contract xx is completed, despite the Project being active rather than completed 

      Workaround

      Go back to the project make the project complete and then active again and then release the DTC it works
