Reversing journal did not generate Project transaction

Issue

When a GL reversing batch is posting and on the Post Transactions (GL502000) form, and any error happens during the release of the reversal GL transaction, then the GL transaction gets released anyway (Unposted status)

Given: The reverse of the GL transaction(auto reversing = true) is released, but not posted
When: The user tries to post this GL transaction and any project-related error happens in the processing
Then: Then the reversal GL transaction becomes released (Unposted status), but no project transaction is generated
So the inconsistency in the system is generated (The reverse GL got released, but PM transaction is absent)

Workaround

Make manual entries
