Sometimes you need to build or modify a report that contains data from financial periods that are closed or locked. By design, closed or locked periods will not show as a parameter in most tables in MYOB Acumatica. This knowledgebase article will show you how to implement the changes on your reports to display the closed or locked financial periods

By design, Not all FinPeriodID field in all tables will show the ID of closed/locked periods. To include closed or locked financial periods, you need to join the table GLHistory and use the FinPeriodID on the GLHistory table as your parameter.

Open a report that you’d like to modify, in the Schema Builder, add the GLHistory table into the schema

In the Relationships tab of the Schema Builder, you don’t need to specify any join with the GLHistory table:

In your Parameters, specify your Period parameter to the GLHistory.FinPeriodID field:

Save and upload your report. Your report will now contain Financial Period IDs of Closed and Locked peirods:
