SO created using Copy Order button from Quote doesn't include tax under Total Tab

Issue:  Taxes are not included in the Unbilled Balance and Unshipped Balance on the Totals tab when a sales order is created from QT order. 

Workaround: Manually correct via making changes to the lines on the sales order.
