Issue

In some cases, this error is true advising the user they don't have a license 

However, this error can occur if they are logged in on one device (laptop or desktop) and then trying to log in another device (mobile app). The system is designed that this should be allowed

Workaround

Raise a ticket to Support to action a one time workaround change on the web config file to allow this work without error
