      SSO (Azure Entra) - Multitenant only -switching tenants loses access to screens

      For some users switching tenants disables functions when group based role assignment is on

      Issue

      When group based role assignment is on, switching tenants in Acumatica may result in loss of access to screens as user roles do not inherit correctly from the Azure Group membership.

      Workaround

      Use the Override Active Directory roles option for users in multi-tenant environments that use tenants other than the first.
