Standalone billing creates Invoice instead of Credit Memo when an unreleased Invoice already exists

Issue

For a standalone project using invoice flow and WIP Allocation Creation Rule = Generate new document every billing, a new billing run can create a negative AR document as Invoice instead of Credit Memo when an unreleased AR Invoice already exists for the same project.

This happens because the billing logic can inherit the existing unreleased invoice's DocType during doc type selection, but still creates a new document for standalone billing.

Workaround

The workaround is to release the pending AR doc first then run project billing for the rest of WIP amount
