This database is used for demonstration and testing purposes and may have some errors. |
This database is usually issued when a new site is released for Implementation. It comes with an ID of 3. If you are installing a local installer and choose the company as either AU or NZ, then this database will be installed This is only available for AU or NZ region |
This database is entirely blank with no default configuration at all. |
This is typically used for testing and self-learning. |
This database only contains some minimum configuration which consists of a Chart of accounts, Segmented keys, Numbering sequences, preconfigured Taxes, default classes , Bank Aba file data provider and export scenarios, default generic inquiries, default import scenarios, default export scenarios, ATO or IRD vendors, Default company called MAIN, Default Warehouse called MAIN, Default automated notifications and other. |
All the basic setups have to be done from scratch, which includes Taxes, Numbering Sequence, Chart Of Accounts, and Item Classes, and so on.

If you want to use it for customer training, then you still have to make adjustments to the configuration and data based on customer-specific requirements. |
This database does not contain any master or transactional data. You can use this database for Implementation, testing, learning, and training |
This is typically used when you are implementing databases other than AU or NZ whose local currency is other than AUD ZD. |
Obtained through local install, or demo sites. Two main versions of this database are SalesDemoAU and SalesDemoNZ. |
Obtained when the site is firstly provisioned, data stored in Tenant ID 3. To get a new implementation database, you can either create a local install, insert “AU” or “NZ” data, then restore the snapshot to the cloud site. Or you can log a Support ticket to request to create a tenant with AU or NZ template data |
Obtained by creating a new tenant. Every new tenant created from scratch is a blank database. |
