STP Pay Event batches stuck In Open status
STP Submissions are stuck in the status Open following the completion of a pay run.

Issue
When users have attempted to send the STP Pay Event batch after a pay run has been completed, they have noticed that the batch does not submit to the ATO and remains in the status Open.
This appears to be happening on sites using build versions 2025.2.100 and 2025.1.501
Workaround
Users will need to send an STP Update Event to ensure that the required figures are sent to the ATO.
