Issue : 

The Bills and Adjustments screen (AP301000) is experiencing significant performance delays:

· Navigating to New Bill from another screen may have no visible response or may take longer than expected

· Entering supplier information on the Bills and Adjustments form takes an excessive amount of time to retrieve and display the supplier details.
