The Bills and Adjustments screen (AP301000) Slow on creation and loading supplier details

Issue : Entering supplier information on the Bills and Adjustments (AP301000)form takes an excessive amount of time to retrieve and display the supplier details. Similar slowness is also observed when saving a Bill or adding notes to the Bill. 

Note: When user does not have access to multiple branch the above issue was observed.  If user have been given access to all branches, the issue could not be replicated.
