Activity Slip

You use this form to view and enter time activities. This form is available only if the Time Reporting on Activity feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features form.

Weekly Crew Time Entry

On this form, you can create a time entry for a selected workgroup and, if needed, associate this entry with a project, project task, and particular day of the week. Each time entry created on this form spans a particular week.

On this form, you can enter new employee time cards or view (and edit, if needed) existing ones. A time card is a document that an employee uses to record the weekly work hours and overtime hours spent by this employee on a project.

On this form, you can enter new equipment time cards or view (and edit, if needed) existing ones. An equipment time card is a document that records the time the equipment is used in a project.

Approve Time Activities

You can use this form to approve or reject time activities submitted for approval. Approval maps can be set up on the Assignment and Approval Maps screen.

Release Time Activities

This form lists all time activities that are ready for release. You can release either selected time activities or all of them. After successful completion of the release, the status of the processed time activities changes to Released.

Time Billing

You use this form to configure the functionality related to employee time and expenses. These settings include the numbering sequences assigned to expense claims and time cards, and the approval maps to be used to assign expense claims and time cards for approval.
