Issue
When shifts are published, all employees appear under Unassociated Shifts and Clock Entries. For a site that has many stores and when the filter is set to a specific store, Unassociated should show filtered location employees only, not the whole database. Managers check Unassociated shifts for any empoyees who missed clocking in, have leave etc.
Workaround
Changing which Location you are viewing data from (Top left of screen Location dropdown), rather than the Filter, lets you restrict to a location. Note: This doesn't apply any other filter options to Unassociated time, but Location is likely to be a workable level for most
