Unable to bulk release Equipment timecards. "...PM Error: Given Project/Contract 'xx' is inactive"

Unable to bulk release Equipment timecards on EP505020. Error occurs - An error occurred during processing of the field Project value xx PM Error: Given Project/Contract 'xx' is inactive. If one Equipment Time Card causes an error, the rest all fail processing. This same error will show for the entire bulk processing group regardless of whether they are related to the inactive Project or not

Process individually outside of the bulk processing screen
