Unable to click/use the scroll bar at Clipboard

Issue

When clicking on the clipboard icon from a new or existing bill and trying to scroll down using the scrollbar in the dropdown window not the mouse scroll wheel, the lookup window disappears. The window also disappears if you click the up or down arrow in the dropdown.

 

Workaround

 Scroll using the mouse, it works.
