Unable to create an ECR from BOM when BOM doesn't have a warehouse

Issue

On the Engineering Change Request (AM210000) form, if a warehouse was not specified for a bill of material (BOM) on the Bill of Material (AM208000) form, and a user attempted to create a new engineering change request for this BOM, the system incorrectly displayed an error message when the user tried to save the request: Warehouse cannot be empty.

Workaround

Delete the BoM and create it again making sure to select a Warehouse
