Unable to create WFM integration in 2026.1.2 due to receiving an error message

ISSUE

When user are trying to press “Create Connection” in the Workforce Management tab of the Payroll Preferences screen, they are receiving the following error message:

"Another process updated the 'userinroles' record. Your changes will be lost (Screen ID MPPP1100)"

 

WORKAROUND

For users to manually create the WFM API user with the following role and licence applied:

Role: People Payroll User

Licence: WFM API User
