Unable to reset password from the Contacts screen

Issue

On the Contacts screen, on the “User Info” tab after you have created a portal user there is a button that allows the user to  reset the password. Clicking on this button should bring up a window that lets the user to change the password but this is not happening

 

Workaround

Reset password on the Users screen instead
