Unable to select Reorder Point Override checkbox

Issue:  Unable to select the override checkbox for Reorder Point on item warehouse details screen for the first time when the Safety Stock Override is ticked too. When user changes the Stocking Method on the Inventory Planning Preferences screen from Safety Stock to Reorder Point then system allows user to select both at the same time.
