Unable to start appointment (FS300200). Error - The log start date and time is earlier than the appointment actual start date and time specified on the Settings tab.

Issue

This issue is caused by inconsistency on the appointment status with line items and logs lines created for the line items. When an appointment is On Hold status, system allows the user to add log lines manually Log tab on the Appointments (FS300100) form and mark them as completed

 

Workaround

On the relevant Service Order Type, uncheck the Set Start Time in Appointment setting and start the appointment
