Updating contact information using the pencil icon from the Customers screen (AR303000) doesn't refresh automatically

Issue 

Using the "pencil" icon to edit a contact from the Customers (AR303000) screen doesn't auto-refresh the Customer page, leading to a "Error: Another process has updated the 'BAccount' record. Your changes will be lost" exception

 

Workaround

  • Edit the contact directly in the Contacts screen or refresh the Customers screen after updating or use the "Cancel" button after updating.

  •  

    Use ModernUI where the problem doesn't exist
