      URL is not updated when a copy of a consolidation company is made

      Check all changes in a test environment before taking them live. Make sure all related features still work as expected and that your data is unaffected.

      Sometimes when a copy of a consolidation company is created, the URL from the live site is retained.

      Fixing a retained URL

      Call or send an email to our support so we can raise this issue with the relevant team for a fix.

      When testing a site from a consolidation company after provisioning, make sure it opens its own URL and not the live site.
