      User is unable to create Sales Order, Error: Inserting ‘Billing Address’ record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. Error: ‘RevisionID’ cannot be empty

      This is caused by a customer being created without a default location

      Issue

      User is unable to create Sales Order, Error: Inserting ‘Billing Address’ record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. Error: ‘RevisionID’ cannot be empty. This is caused by a customer being created without a default location 

       

      Workaround

      1. On the Customers (AR303000) form, open the customer customer

      2. On the Locations tab, select the record and click Set as Default ( to fix empty AR Account and AR Sub)

      3. Save

      4. Select the location which should be a default one and click Set as Default

      5. Save
