Issue

Users with ForbidLoginWithPassword = True cannot have their passwords changed - long term implciations for API/Odata/etc for Payroll Users

 

Workaround

1. Remove Payroll Licence from User
2. Untick Forbid Login with Password
3. Reset/Change Password
4. Tick Forbid Login with Password
5. Add Payroll Licence to User
