Some users cannot use their MYOB Acumatica system email account after they turn on Google 2-Step Verification because they cannot enter the authentication code.
To fix this you need to set up an app password.
- Log into your Google account.
- Generate an app password.
- Select the Other (Custom Name) app and give it the name MYOB Acumatica.
- For step-by-step instructions, see Google's Sign in with app passwords page.
- Go back to the MYOB Acumatica system email account, and replace your current system email account password with the password that Google generated.
- Test your connection – you can now use your system email account with Google 2-Step Verification turned on.
