WFM - Internal Server Error when trying to update Payroll Administrator user

Issue

In the NZ region, when toggling a non-payrolled employee to payrolled, the system requires a value for KS Employer Contribution. If this field is left blank, saving the form raises an internal server error

 

Workaround

Enter a contribution percentage to save the form, then revert to the desired setting.

1. Navigate to WFM Kiwisaver Information.

2. Select Enrolled and a Rate, complete the remaining fields, and save.

3. After saving, update the details back to the correct values and save again.

4. Confirm that the Kiwisaver pay item does not appear in the Standard Pay in Acumatica Payroll
