Issue

MPPP1100 - WFM/AEO - Create Connection button in Payroll Preferences > Workforce Management no longer works in 2025.1.300

Error Code:

Error: Inserting 'User' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. User is used in Workforce management connection. Do not edit settings. Forbid Login with Password must be enabled for users with roles or licenses that require password login to be forbidden Forbid Login with Password must be enabled for users with roles or licenses that require password login to be forbidden

Workaround

1. Create API User manually

2. Get integration values

3. Provide these to MYOB via a Support ticket
