This is only occurs with Service Order type with the behavior setup as 'Internal'

Issue
When an appointment or service order created from a service order type with the behavior setup as Internal, upon searching the service order/appointment nbr on the global search the system does not show the service order/appointment listed on the search results.
Workaround
Manually navigate to the Appointments and search via the search bar in appointments
