When an Appointment or Service Order is created, upon searching the document number on the global search the system does not show the document listed on the search results
This is only occurs with Service Order type with the behavior setup as 'Internal'

Issue
When an appointment or service order created from a service order type with the behavior setup as Internal, upon searching the service order/appointment nbr on the global search the system does not show the service order/appointment listed on the search results.
Workaround
Manually navigate to the Appointments and search via the search bar in appointments
