      When we try to correct a Shipment (SO3020PL), Error is shown - A data corruption state has been detected. You cannot save the changes

      Issue

      Refer to this Acumatica Community Forum post detailing the different situations this error can occur and the resolutions.

      Workaround

      1. Go to Shipments (SO3020PL).
      2. Search for Shipment.
      3. In Details tab look for a column 'Order Nbr.' and click on a number to open a Sales Order.
      4. Reopen sales order, clear 'Completed' checkbox in Details and save (pay attention that Shipping Rule in Details line changed from 'Cancel Remainder' to 'Back Order Allowed', don't change it)
      5. Return to the shipment and click Correct Shipment. No errors.
      6. Later you can complete the sales order manually.
