When you try to log in using the purple button it takes you back to the login screen
Some 2024.1 sites have reported issues where users logging in using the purple (secure authentication) button are taken back to the login screen and no error message is displayed.

Issue
After upgrading to 2024.1 some sites have reported that some users are unable to login using the purple button.
Clicking the purple button will initially prompt you to log in with MYOB secure authentication, but after login you are returned to the login screen as if nothing happened.
Clicking the purple button again will return to the login screen with no error message displayed.
Affected users will have an error code displayed in the URL Address bar.
Workaround
Log in using the green (native login) button, this clears the blocking user session and users will then be able to use the program as normal.
