AI Automation prompts

AI Automation (previously called AI Studio) lets you automate parts of your workflow by adding custom actions to any form in MYOB Acumatica. You only need to set up your instructions for the action once. Then, whenever you use the action, an AI agent follows your instructions with reliable results every time.

Before you can take advantage of AI Automation, you have to:

1. Turn on MYOB Acmuatica's AI features.

2. Set up the MYOB-managed large-language model (LLM) connection.

After setting up, you can learn how to create AI actions on the LLM Prompts form (ML202000) by following our detailed examples:

• Example 1 – Generating stock item descriptions
• Example 2 – Correcting capitalisation of customer information
• Example 3 – Summarising sales order quantities by warehouse

Once you're comfortable with the basics of creating an AI action, you can explore other possibilities for your business – like giving HR snapshots of an employee's status and reporting line, identifying promising opportunities, or creating consistent and professional payslip messages.
