AI Automation prompt library

AI Automation (previously called AI Studio) lets you automate parts of your workflow by adding custom prompts to any form in MYOB Acumatica. You only need to set up your instructions for the action once. Then, whenever you use the action, your instructions are put into action with reliable results every time.

Before taking advantage of AI Automation

Make sure you've turned on MYOB Acmuatica's AI features.

If you're on version 2025.2.1, set up the MYOB-managed large-language model (LLM) connection. For versions 2026.1.1 and later, the LLM connection is available immediately without any extra setup.
