24R2 - Report Designer "Cancel" on "Do you want to save" does not behave correctly

Issue 
If you close the Acumatica Report Designer and there are unsaved changes in the report layout, you are warned that there are unsaved changes and asked if you want to save them.

Options are Yes, No or Cancel

Yes- Will give you the option to save - as expected
No - Will close the Report Designer without saving changes - as expected
Cancel - Will also close the Report Designer without saving changes.

Any other application at this point would return you to the designer - perhaps you want to have a quick review of the work done before deciding whether you want to commit the changes, or (more likely) you didn't intend to close the Designer and want to keep on working. Instead, all changes are lost without further warning.
