Known issues — field services
- Error when removing a line from Service Contract Schedule - "This record is referenced by at least one 'FSScheduleDet' record..."
- When searching for an Appointment or Service Order on the global search, the system does not show the document listed
- The “Move up” and “Move down” buttons in the Appointments tab of the Route Document Details screen (FS.30.40.00) are not functioning as expected.
- Deleted Purchase Order Still Linked to Service Order
- Users are able to delete ‘released’ lines on Daily Field Report by putting it on hold
- Unable to start appointment. Error - "The log start date and time is earlier than..."
- When changing tenants on Calendar Board (FS300300) screen, data from previous tenant still remains
- Unable to change the financial billing customer details for any Service Order (FS300100)
