2FA error: "Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts"

You get this error after entering the wrong password multiple times. For security reasons, your account is blocked for 30 minutes. MYOB support cannot undo or override the block.

After 30 minutes, you can either try log in again or you can reset your password by following the steps on our knowledge base page.
