How do I get AI Assistant turned on?

For most MYOB Acumatica sites, we'll turn AI Assistant on automatically within 48 hours of your upgrade to version 2026.1.1 or later.

We'll turn AI Assistant on automatically within 48 hours of upgrading to 2026.1.1, unless you are either:

  • in your initial commitment period, or

  • have a multi-year contract term.

You don't need to do anything

So long as you're eligible, you don't need to contact us at all. AI Assistant will be turned on automatically within 48 hours of your upgrade.

If it's still not on after 48 hours, contact your MYOB Acumatica partner, or the MYOB customer success team for direct customers. Make sure you include your company name, the date and time of your upgrade, and a screenshot showing that AI Assistant isn't working.
