AM400000 Inventory Planning Display drops some selected records when mass processing Production Orders

Issue

When creating multiple manufacturing orders from the Inventory Planning Display screen (AM.40.00.00), the system may display a notification that processing completed successfully even though it has processed only some of the selected items. The system skips the first selected item, creates a production order for the next item, and continues in the same alternating pattern. As a result, production orders are created for only a portion of the selected items.
