Global search not reliable, the search doesn’t give result as expected 

 
Workaround
Use quotation marks in your search for the Customer/Account name and it will show the correct results

For searches involving codes or names with short segments (1–2 characters), quotation marks must be used due to a limitation in the software. Click here for further information
