Incorrect Sales Order status - Unable to complete Sales Order

Issue

A Sales Order may have an incorrect status or you'll be unable to complete the order 

 

Workaround

In some scenarios this can be completed via MYOB Acumatica, please follow steps below:

1. Please put the order back on hold.

2. On the Details tab, untick the completed check box 

3. Save the sales order

4. Re tick the completed check box

5. Save

6. Sales order should be in completed status.
