Issue

When an Income or Liability account group was specified in the Credit Account Group column on the Project Transactions (PM304000) from during the generation of a project transaction from a general ledger transaction, the system updated the actual quantity of the project budget with the same sign as the transaction quantity, instead of the opposite sign
