Issue

PM305000 Cost Projection does not calculate the Cost to Complete correctly for Labour lines, with the following scenario:

IF Projected Cost at Completion = 0, and Actual + Committed Cost > 0, Refresh and Recalculate Budget button didn't work correctly


IF Projected Cost at Completion > 0, and Actual + Committed Cost > Projected Cost at Completion, Refresh and Recalculate Budget button worked correctly

Workaround

Contact MYOB support for a customisation package -

The customisation will make a validation of Projected Cost at Completion in Cost Projection (PM305000) form to ensure it is not less than Actual Cost. If it happened during an attempt to save this projection, an error message will appear
