Some super funds aren't available (AU)
If an APRA fund isn't available, it's probably not supported by Pay Super. If a Public Offer Fund isn't available, you can request to add it.
Some funds aren't supported by Pay Super. On the Superannuation Funds (AU) form (MPPP2152), you can't select:
-
An APRA fund with contributions restrictions.
-
An unregistered APRA fund.
-
A Small APRA Fund. However, you can manually pay these by using SAFF.
Checking a fund's status and type
To check a fund's Status and Fund Type, search for it in the Super Fund Lookup

If the Status is not registered it will show as Not Registered with APRA. This means the status of this fund could not be determined from APRA, most likely because it is not an APRA regulated fund.

Requesting to add a Public Offer Fund
If there's a Public Offer Fund that you can't find on Superannuation Funds (AU) form, you can email paysuper@myob.com and request to add it to the list.
