Some funds aren't supported by Pay Super. On the Superannuation Funds (AU) form (MPPP2152), you can't select:
- An APRA fund that has contributions restrictions
- An APRA fund when it is not registered
- A Small APRA Funds (these however, can be manually paid via SAFF)
To check a funds Status and Fund Type, search for it in the Super Fund Lookup
If the Status is not registered it will show as Not Registered with APRA
What does 'Not registered' with APRA mean?
The status of this fund could not be determined from APRA. The most likely cause is that this is not an APRA regulated fund.
